Enhancing customer experience and cutting maintenance costs through long-term strategic partnership

10 May 2021, Austin, Texas: ZephyrTel, a provider of public cloud solutions serving global telecommunications operators, is working with leading telecommunications company, Claro, a subsidiary of América Móvil, providing its SMS Firewall, IP Short Message Gateway and Short Message Service Centre (SMSC) solutions across Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. ZephyrTel technology protects Claro’s SMS network and customers, delivering significant cost and efficiency savings for the business.

Claro is making full use of SMS Firewall, while SMSC ensures the successful delivery and routing of all SMS messages. Its rules-based engine supports message routing and prioritization, with all SMS fields usable as conditions, providing real-time SMS statistics alongside fully configurable billing and charging capabilities.
